Those who have seen the gleam in his heat-dried eyes when he examines his finished blades know that this man enjoys every moment of his craft."

Jacoby is a weaponsmith merchant found at Fort Locke (Later at Post Llast). Initially, he buys wares at a maximum of 10000 gold pieces. He can be recruited to Crossroad Keep to provide his services there, raising his maximum buy price to 20000 gold pieces as well as improving his wares. If the player has found sufficient ore veins, Jacoby can also be asked to upgrade the Greycloak's weapons. He can sell ore and molds to build weapons to the PC, which helps in the final act.
